The Property Recruitment Company is proud to unveil the winners of the inaugural Student Housing Leadership Awards. The ceremony took place last night at the stunning White Loft in Southwark and highlighted the key people behind the Student Housing sector.

With categories such as Accommodation Manager of the Year, Charity Partnership of the Year and Sales Approach of the year, the awards covered the breadth of the Student Housing market and there was representation from leading names across the country, including Fresh Student Living and The Student Housing Company.

Jane Crouch, Managing Director of Fresh Student Living, said of the event  “We have some of the best staff working with us and it’s fantastic that some of them have been recognised by the Student Housing Leadership Awards. There are plenty of accolades out there for the student accommodation buildings we manage, but not for the people who work in them. We’ve always known how good our people are, but it’s an honour that they could be rewarded for it – so thank you”

Director of The Property Recruitment Company Kevin Redman said “It’s great to see so many people in the industry from up and down the country here today. It is a testament to the hard work within the Student Housing sector and the people behind that hard work that we had such a good turn out tonight.”

The Property Recruitment Company would once again like to thank all judges, entrants, participants and winners for a wonderful night. We are already looking forward to next year and even more talent being recognised.
